This guide will instruct you on how to correctly transfer a member from another agency.
1.) When someone comes to sit at the transfer desk, go and sit opposite them and proceed to greet them.
2.) Offer them help, if they want help answer any questions they have to the best of your knowledge.
3.) If they wish to transfer, first check their badges and see if they are HR+ in an agency with a running base. If they are, proceed to step 4, if not then respectfully decline transferring them.
4.) Ask them for their agency's website.
5.) Check the website's rank list and find out how high their rank is and approximately how much it's worth. Attempt to match this rank to one in NSS which is of the same level. If their rank is not purchasable or is very high, the highest you can offer is Cabinet.
6.) Tell them what rank you're offering them in what unit then give them our website address, so that they can feel free to check it out themselves before accepting or declining.
7.) If they accept, instruct them on changing their motto, leaving previous badges and requesting the appropriate NSS ones. Finally, ask them to create a forum account and help them to create the appropriate logs for their rank.
8.) Always remember to log transfers!

Only Director+ can transfer (Leadership+ can accept all badges)
